Return and Refund Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with the original tags still attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return or refund.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the return for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
